I first had my GMC Terrain towed in on December 30th because of low power mode (I live 100 miles from the dealership). I didn't receive it back till the 9th, I had to keep contacting the dealership to see what was going on. On my way home the same thing happened again. Towed a second time. It took a very long time to receive a call back from service. The receptionist personally made sure a service tech called back. Jeremy was extremely helpful this time and the car was fixed and ready on the 15th. The dealership corrected the problem, still very frustrated that it wasn't fixed correctly the first time.
