Virgil has excellence in his communication and customer service skills and working with him has been an absolute pleasure. My vehicle is coming up to crucial maintenance needs and at first it was going to cost me a pretty penny. A pretty penny when I was only coming in for an oil change. He notified me a little later that the service wasn't needed and saved me a cool $500 that day. The moral of the story is that it isn't always about the sell, it is about the relationship you build that will later warrant the sell and it will be justified and mean so much more to the consumer and Lithia, in the end. There are many service shops that want the sell and customer service is just a front to what is really being done behind those closed doors. I can appreciate the level of goodness I feel with my vehicle and my service needs with Virgil and Lithia. THANK YOU for that.
