Sevice representative was friendly and listened to my concerns. After the inspection of my vehicle leaks were found (not a surprise after our cold winter) and we discussed some mileage maintenance coming up. It was decided to complete all repairs and upcoming maintenance items. Thanks for looking out for me and vehicle. This is an outstanding service department.
They kept my car whe we were out of town for my husband to have heart surgery and we were gone for a month. They started my car to make sure it would start and had the snow cleaned off of it when I called to say I would come to pick it up. He waited to make sure it started for me as I left.

Came in during office hours for an oil change and the job was done according to the time schedule given. A tail light was found to be out. I was notified and since my truck was brand new and less than 10,000 miles the new replacement was covered. I was very happy with the service! I���ll be back again.
Service tech did his best to fix the problem and it was fixed, however within 20 Minutes the problem came back. Service advisor was great as well. I���m just thinking that for whatever reason this might be a problematic truck, a one off thing, that���s going to keep giving me issues throughout the life of the vehicle even tho it���s barely a year old.
