Always courteous and we all can laugh and smile. Where else can you go and get that kind of service on something that you already paid for years in advance? They truly care about the customer and not just about bottom dollar.
He was amazing with the service and courtesy was top notch unrivaled I dont remember his name off top of my head and this is a late review. I will have another inspection appointment on 21 Feb and I will get his name... he needs a promotion for all the great service he provided me.
Brad Seavey was a excellent car salesmen. He helped us get into exactly what we wanted. We couldn't get our hitch off our old truck so Amanda Craig promised she would get it for us and she had it the next day for us. Lithia is a great place to buy a vehicle. My Wife and I went to the dealership for a test drive, and Daniel our sales rep, was very informative and helpful! Before we knew it, he had all the information we needed to make a confident decision to purchase the truck. In no time at all we walked out of the dealership that afternoon with a new truck, and couldn���t be happier!
I first had my GMC Terrain towed in on December 30th because of low power mode (I live 100 miles from the dealership). I didn't receive it back till the 9th, I had to keep contacting the dealership to see what was going on. On my way home the same thing happened again. Towed a second time. It took a very long time to receive a call back from service. The receptionist personally made sure a service tech called back. Jeremy was extremely helpful this time and the car was fixed and ready on the 15th. The dealership corrected the problem, still very frustrated that it wasn't fixed correctly the first time.
First I wanted to say how wonderful Shana was..... this was not the first time that she had worked with me. I was relieved when I knew it was her handling my problem with my car. I came into the dealership upset because nobody returned my phone call when I left a message at 8am in the morning about the issues that my 2018 Traverse was having. I had to come to the dealership to get my answer..... it was then I see Shana and felt much better as I knew she would get me the help I needed. She answered my questions and I went on my way. I ended up having to have my car towed because of the messages that were displayed. Long story short she explained the problems to me without attitude or condemnation AND she kept in conversation with via text (I really like that ability) with about what they were doing with my car. Everyone is nice in the dealership however some folks to call you back when you leave a message would be nice and it’s expected... especially 8 hours later. Shana is an advisor at the Fairbanks Alaska dealership. She is an asset, I hope that in the future it is possible to choose who you work with in the dealership.... that matters. Thank You.....
