They make you feel like family and they will do their best to make you feel that way and they are not afraid (or not intimidated) to answer you if ask them a question about what will happen or concerning another problem that just might have caused why you took your vehicle into the dealership.
The dealership is doing a great job at trying to see what is causing my 2019 silverado to turn on a check engine light. Could not ask for anything better from the dealership. However i am more than unhappy with the purchase i made. I have owned the truck for roughly 40 days and it has been to the service shop a total of 5 times for recalls and check engine lights.
Mark did a great job getting my vehicle in and keeping me up to date with how the repairs where going. I really liked that I was able to take a ride with a mechanic and explain the problems I was having. I was able to talk to joe in the shop and get a great explanation of the vehicle as he answered all me questions. There where many other on the lithia team that helped me as well. Thanks to all involved in fixing my truck and taking care of me!
Jason and Amanda, in the service dept. in Fairbanks are awesome. They, and the way I am treated when it comes to service of my Suburban are why I purchase vehicles there. Real simple, keep up that level of service and you will continue to sell me vehicles (and I will recommend you also).
Went in for an oil change, found out about a recall on my vehicle. Was set up with an appointment dropped car off got it back so fast. The overall experience was amazing I was updated almost every hour as they repaired the recall. Couldn’t ask for any better service
