During the 45 or so day process The Chevrolet dealership in Fairbanks was excellent. The service manager Bob and my service attendant Jason did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied and taken care of during the whole 40 some day process. General Motors however is horrible with customer service. They are not only horrible but very disorganized and frankly clueless.
Ashley was fantastic and worked with me to get a vehicle in Alaska while I was still in Ohio. She had everything set up and ready for me the day I arrived and just had to come in and sign all the paperwork! She took a huge weight off my shoulders in the midst of moving to Alaska!
Took my car in because of an error display saying my sd card had been removed. I had an appointment. My husband picked me up and we went shopping and out to lunch. When I returned to the dealership 5 hours later, they hadn’t even looked at my car. Finally, the man said my oil had been changed, but I need to bring it back this week for them to figure out the sd card error.
Mike Warlick was very helpful. We communicated over the phone prior to me arriving and the following day he had a truck picked out and was ready to explain why he picked the one that he did. I was very open to his choice since it showed that he payed attention to what I was asking for and what was important to me.
The people were fine. The bill was outrageous. Invoice#544787. Regulator and heater fan motor replaced. In shop for 2 hours. Parts $105.38. Labor $204.00. Misc.$216.01. Total $525.39. What the hell is misc. charge. Feel ripped off?
Alec E. Provided excellent customer service from my first visit to test drive the car to the day I bought it. He was very informative about the vehicle. Appreciate his help and for making buying a new car a great experience.
