My problem is not with the dealership, but Chevrolet. My truck has been in twice for the same issue with around 300 miles on it. I have been out of town during the time of the issue. My wife has been kept informed, but we are apparently waiting on an engineer to come figure out the issue. This is frustrating because it happened about 2 years ago with another new truck I purchased from the dealership. It was in several time with the same issue and could never be resolved. It was eventually bought back by Chevrolet. I was forced to purchase another vehicle with limited trucks in stock. The rebates were low compared to when I bought the previous truck and GM did nothing to help out. I feel like this will be the same situation all over again. I am making payments on a truck that I have barely driven. You would think that GM would take care of their loyal customers by offering some type of incentive to customers being forced to not have or give up their vehicle. I am and will stay a GM customer, but having 2 brand new vehicles be in the shop for issues that cannot be resolved is ridiculous. What makes it worse is buying at the right time with great rebates and being forced to purchase a new vehicle after a buy back and not receiving any customer cash or incentives.
Brought my brand new truck in because the heater does not fully come on when you auto start it and the problem didn’t get fixed so I gave to bring it back in again I’m not too happy about it when it’s 20 to 30 below out
They make you feel like family and they will do their best to make you feel that way and they are not afraid (or not intimidated) to answer you if ask them a question about what will happen or concerning another problem that just might have caused why you took your vehicle into the dealership.
The dealership is doing a great job at trying to see what is causing my 2019 silverado to turn on a check engine light. Could not ask for anything better from the dealership. However i am more than unhappy with the purchase i made. I have owned the truck for roughly 40 days and it has been to the service shop a total of 5 times for recalls and check engine lights.
Mark did a great job getting my vehicle in and keeping me up to date with how the repairs where going. I really liked that I was able to take a ride with a mechanic and explain the problems I was having. I was able to talk to joe in the shop and get a great explanation of the vehicle as he answered all me questions. There where many other on the lithia team that helped me as well. Thanks to all involved in fixing my truck and taking care of me!
Jason and Amanda, in the service dept. in Fairbanks are awesome. They, and the way I am treated when it comes to service of my Suburban are why I purchase vehicles there. Real simple, keep up that level of service and you will continue to sell me vehicles (and I will recommend you also).
Went in for an oil change, found out about a recall on my vehicle. Was set up with an appointment dropped car off got it back so fast. The overall experience was amazing I was updated almost every hour as they repaired the recall. Couldn’t ask for any better service
