The experience was very good. The salesperson Parker Stoltz was very informative about the vehicle in question. He provided additional information on the vehicle that was not inquired about which was also helpful. The salesperson was very professional and knowledgeable for being such a young age. The sales manager and financial manager also work with us for the best deal. Overall a good experience, seeing that the last time I purchased a new Chevrolet was approximately twenty years ago.
My truck is under warranty and they charged me $189 just to diagnose a front end alignment. I don’t mind paying for the alignment but paying just as much to diagnose it is ridiculous on a new vehicle under warranty.

Everything went really well on this trip. The Volt tech recognized the issue right away and ordered the parts. We had a nice loaner car while the parts were on order (although it was hard to get used to a car that used so much more gas than our Volt :-) ). The car works great now and everyone there was helpful and friendly. Thanks!
I called in about a low tire symbol. The tires looked O.K. They were looking at each tire with an instrument when I found something in the tread with the key, It's a nail head for sure. They wanted $29.99.

Had my wife take her car in to have the tire checked for low air in right front27#s and when I checked it the next morning the air pressure was 39#s, while the other 3 where at 33#s. She was not happy with the service tech that worked on her car and now I have to let air out so they are the same pressure all around? Wish they would get it together when they service her car for she has an appointment to have the recall fixed, maybe then they can double check the tires to make sure they are good to go this time??!!
